GNUTTI Ltd is a 7,000 square meter manufacturing facility,
which employs approximately 140 people. The Gnutti Ltd. plant is located in
Huron Park,
Ontario,
Canada
(approximately 50 km north of
London,
Ontario
).
GNUTTI Ltd Has
been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO/TS
16949:2002. Gnutti Ltd is Cummins Engine Co. Certified, and Caterpillar
Inc Certified. Gnutti
Ltd has the ability to
manufacture and assemble from your designs, or pro-actively help you develop
a product design through the use of the Pro-Engineer C.A.D. Software package. Gnutti Ltd can manufacture prototypes using C.N.C. Equipment
and validate on a programmable C.M.M. Gnutti Ltd specializes in machining and assemblies, and currently manufactures parts
from bar stock, aluminum, cast iron, and forged steel. |

GNUTTI
CARLO S.p.A. was established over
a century ago in
Brescia,
a highly
industrialized area of northern
Italy
. The company specializes in
high precision engine components and with the latest acquisition of
Exeter
p.l.c. (North American leader in the production
of engine components), GNUTTI can offer its customers a strong presence both
in Europe and in
North America
, a global
purchasing and logistic organization and a broad experience in development
and production of engine components. GNUTTI rocker arm assemblies, lifters,
valve bridges, connecting rods, aluminum parts, oil pumps and manifolds and
their related components such as rollers, are developed in co-design with the
engine builders and manufactured "just in time" under quality
assurance standards. GNUTTI grants technical assistance to its customers in
the development process of new engines.
Fatigue test equipment is used to prove the quality
soundness of the products developed and produced at GNUTTI, thereby offering
also opportunities for cost reduction programs. An in-depth marketing
research demonstrated that engine builders often prefer to purchase engine
components from the market rather than to develop and to manufacture the
components "in-house". This strategy has two advantages: It limits
the investments the engine builder must make and it brings down the cost of
the components through the benefits of mass production.
Confirming the soundness of the market study,
GNUTTI CARLO began in 1982 manufacturing engine valve train components.
Subsequently, a completely new plant specializing in this field was
established in Maclodio - Brescia - Italy and, with the acquisition of Exeter
Company in Canada, GNUTTI satisfies with growing success the demand of the global
market. In April 2005
Exeter
was renamed GNUTTI Ltd.
